Finding the Best Hiphop Beat Maker
For people looking to get started making hip hop beats, they are looking for a few things: ease of use, low price, and value. Many people looking for hip hop beat makers are peoplep with some music experience who are looking to start expressing themselves through digital music , namely making hip hop beats.
In the past, the only way to make your own hip hop beats was to save up a few thousand dollars and take a trip to the local studio... Something that those getting started today simply are not willing to do. Even more recently than that, the only option was to drop a few hundred dollars on expensive, overly complicated desktop beat making software.
Programs like CoolEditPro, Cubase, and FL Studio were the norm. If you didn't spend a few hundred dollars on one of these programs you were simply out of luck and could not start making your own hip hop beats.
How To Make Hiphop Beats
Many people think that high-quality music can only be made by a professional studio. It is not true because today, there are several programs which allows you to make quality music at home and without any expensive equipment. If you are an amateur music maker then i recommend you the software like DubTurbo because it is cheapest and easiest music maker program on the marker right now. Many of these similar programs cost at least 100$ or more. DT is several times cheaper.
The Rap game has changed and become a Multibillion dollar business are artist just rapping for money or is there a passion and a love for the culture of hiphop!

Jay Stevens, Sr. VP Programming Announces
Radio One
Programming Reorganization
I am very excited to announce an important and impactful reorganization of the programming departments in Washington and Baltimore that willcontinue to make Radio One, Inc. dominant in both markets.
First of all, Kathy Brown will return to the DC market in a full time capacity, as Operations Manager for WMMJ-FM, WPRS-FM, WOL-AM, & WYCB-AM and Program Director for WMMJ-FM & WPRS-FM. For several months Kathy has been providing management and programming oversight for Baltimore's WMMJ-FM. We thank her for her contributions to the Baltimore Market and look forward to regaining her talent and focus back in the DC Market full-time.
Secondly, Al Payne our Program Director for WKYS, Washington for the past year and a half, will be moving to our Baltimore cluster as Operations Manager and Program Director over WWIN-FM and WERQ. Al has been with our company for several years serving as Operations Manager in Richmond and Detroit before coming here to DC. We look forward to him bringing his PPM expertise to Baltimore where effective in September, Baltimore will be currency.
And Neke Howse Program Director and long time air personality for WERQ, Baltimore will be moving down I-95 to be the Program Director for WKYS. Neke has proven herself to be a strong Program Director with number one ratings in Baltimore and we expect that she will continue the 18-34 ratings dominance on WKYS in DC.
These moves were a strategic business decision to strengthen our stations and put these strong Programmers in the best positions to help them and the company grow.
I want to thank Michele Williams, VP/GM DC Market, Howard Mazer, VP/GM Baltimore Market, Bruce Demps, RVP and President-Radio Division, Barry Mayo for their insight and help to makethis plan come to fruition.
